There’s no better way to announce a new album than making an eerie, self-reflective video with little clues of what should be expected. Finally, Animal Collective’s follow up album, entitled Centipede Hz, is to be released in September on Domino. Pre-oders of a 7″ b/w vinyl are already available, with “Honeycomb” and “Gotham” featured on each side. It’s been years since the band collectively created a new collection, so it’s safe to say that this should be exciting. The band’s website currently shares the video, stretched from corner to corner.
